This role will require a solid background in a finance function with the personality to influence and face-off to a range of stakeholders.

• Modelling impact of strategic initiatives

• Balance sheet substantiation, close monitoring of debtors and accrued income

• Respond to ad hoc queries raised by the CFO and senior management team

Statutory, tax and regulatory

• Prepare annual statutory accounts and liaise with auditors as required

• Manage VAT considerations, liaising with external advisers as required

• Complete FCA filings, liaising with external advisers as required

• Assist CFO with management of regulatory capital requirements and dividend policy
