This role exists to support the Compliance function in discharging its responsibilities and more broadly, the company in complying with its regulatory obligations across the various jurisdictions it operates in. The role will report to the Head of Central Compliance providing administrative and operational compliance support across the company.
Responsibilities will encompass compliance policy, processes and procedures (e.g. Conflicts, PA Dealing, Gifts & Entertainment etc), SM&CR, MI & Reporting and ensuring adherence to FCA Conduct Rules.
Applicants should have compliance advisory experience attained within the financial services industry (ideally for another investment or asset manager)
