Pavilion Alternatives Group is currently seeking an analyst (compliance/operations). Reporting to the Director, Compliance, your role will be as a member of the global compliance team based in London assisting the Director, Compliance. The successful candidate will provide an efficient and effective high level administrative support within the department, to undertake a wide range of projects in support of the Compliance Director and to develop the role.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain Compliance Calendar
  • Keep the database on fines up to date
  • Qtly and annual SEC transaction reporting
  • Document reviews
  • AML / KYC
  • Training
  • Maintain logs e.g. NDA’s, breaches, reviewed documents, gifts
  • Assist with the Compliance Monitoring Program
  • Marketing reviews
  • Annual Attestation roll out
  • Initial review of upcoming regulation
  • Complete executive summaries of new legislation
  • Analysing data and management information and spotting any abnormalities
  • Liaising with colleagues across all departments to identify needs and requirements and build a compliance culture
  • Assist with the monitoring of internal processes
  • Attend all relevant meetings as required by the Compliance Director
  • Handle Compliance and other associated enquiries from staff and external organisations
  • Undertake project work

    Required Skills & Qualities
  • At least 2 years' experience of working in compliance environment
  • Experience with Excel and Word preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate good verbal, organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Experience of working independently on project based tasks and delivering required results in a timely manner
