Compliance Manager

Carr Lyons are currently recruiting a Compliance Manager for a start-up financial services provider in London. As a Compliance Manager, you will oversee day to day compliance activities to ensure regulatory standards are being upheld within the organisation.

The Compliance Officer will also be responsible for:

•       Providing compliance advice to front office teams 

•       Assisting Credit teams with onboarding new clients

•       Executing monitoring plans

•       Horizon scanning for new regulatory developments which may impact the firm

•       Drafting and implementing policies

To be considered for this role you should have 5+ years generalist compliance experience.  Experience in a start-up environment or in a standalone role would be ideal but not essential.
