My client, a leading global bank in London, are recruiting for a Compliance Manager to provide advice to the senior managers of the UK Merchant Banking business, with a focus on Private Equity and Private Debt Investment Management Compliance.

The role has two distinct parts:

1. Compliance Advisory (75%)
Responsible for the Merchant Banking (private equity / private debt funds) UK compliance, specifically:
