Conduct Risk Analyst - Consumer Product Oversight
In this role, will you:
- Support the Compliance function to ensure appropriate oversight of key high risk regulatory outsourced arrangements, including specialty personal lines products.
- Take responsibility for developing, creating and analysing relevant conduct management information across the arrangements to ensure appropriate oversight of conduct risk controls and key performance indicators.
- Undertake deep dive investigations to identify and mitigate increasing conduct exposure.
- Provide reports to relevant committees and business areas to track performance of the arrangements.
- Co-ordinate across all internal departments to ensure outsourced arrangements are operating effectively.
- Document and maintain processes and procedures for oversight and maintain appropriate records.
You will possess:
- A good understanding of the FCA conduct requirements and expectations for firms in managing conduct risk;
- A good understanding of the IDD and maintaining compliance with the requirements;
- Knowledge of Conduct risk matters across the EEA; (advantageous but not essential)
