Conduct Risk Analyst - Consumer Product Oversight
Main responsibilities are:
- To support the Compliance function to ensure appropriate oversight of key high risk regulatory outsourced arrangements, including but not limited to specialty personal lines business
- Take responsibility for developing, creating and analysing relevant conduct management information across the arrangements to ensure appropriate oversight of conduct risk controls and key performance indicators.
- Undertake deep dive investigations to identify and mitigate increasing conduct exposure.
- Provide reports to relevant committees and business areas to track performance of the arrangements.
- Co-ordinate across all internal departments to ensure outsourced arrangements are operating effectively.
- Document and maintain processes and procedures for oversight and maintain appropriate records.
Experience required:
- 3 years minimum experience in the insurance industry
- Good understanding of the FCA conduct requirements and expectations for firms in managing conduct risk
- Good understanding of the IDD and maintaining compliance with the requirements
- Knowledge of Conduct risk matters across the EEA; (advantageous but not essential); and
- Mobile phone insurance and/or health insurance product understanding
