This growing London Market broker is looking to add an accomplished QA and Conduct Risk professional to their highly successful team.

Requirements:

• The successful candidate will be looking at the broking files that are produced by the first line and will be responsible for building and imbedding a conduct risk culture.
• You will also be responsible for 2 members of staff so management experience is desired.
• Additionally you will be overseeing the product governance framework and will work incredibly closely with the rest of the compliance team.

Responsibilities:

• Experience gained from an insurer or broker is essential.

Location: Flexibility in terms of office location/working from home.

Salary: Paying up to £65,000 with competitive benefits.
