Joining Deloitte's Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Applications team will enable you to combine your high level client advisory skills with our deep technical expertise - all within a high-impact environment. Our EPM practice works with CFOs from large national and multinational organisations to develop enterprise performance frameworks to allow them to effectively plan, measure and drive growth within their business.

Your role
As an architect, you are primarily responsible for the successful delivery of Anaplan planning solutions in strategic accounts via design excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models
  • Modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality
  • Serve as the architectural SME for large-scale connected planning solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and accountability to the project team
  • Provide straightforward, meaningful feedback and progress updates in a timely manner to the Business Partner and the team
  • Develop model documentation
  • Participate in data integration and migration solutions
  • Participate and/or lead UAT testing and deployment
  • Support new product development through testing, contributing to documentation and training materials
  • Support client requirements gathering/analysis workshops
  • Establish effective working relationships with peer-level clients as part of project delivery roles
  • Assist in the development of client bids
  • Undertake practice development activities including contributing to thought leadership pieces, running industry events, delivering training or managing team communications
  • You may also support projects in other EPM technologies, bringing your experience to bear as an EPM functional/technical architect.

Y our professional experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology - requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)
  • Understanding of the flow and logic of Planning and budgeting both from Top-Down and Bottom-Up Approach
  • Proven ability to lead execute responsibilities simultaneously
  • Penchant for service excellence and a collaborative style
  • Subject matter expertise in planning and modelling in Supply Chain, Finance or Sales strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound)
  • Passion for business analytics, modelling and planning
  • Consistently high quality personal and professional standards
  • Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel and stay away from home up to five days a week
  • Proven track record of delivering Anaplan implementations in a complex environment
  • Other package experience (SAP BPC, BW and Oracle Hyperion or Essbase)
  • E nd to End implementations covering at least 3 implementations (across user stories such as OPEX planning, Workforce planning, CAPEX Planning, Sales Planning etc.)
