Our client is a leading M&A advisor with an unparalleled track record in the sector. Successful candidates will already be a Vice President 1/2/3, or Associate 2/3, have a demonstrable track record in running sell and buy side processes and the technical capabilities. Experience within Consumer is clearly beneficial but not a pre-requisite, other sectors will be considered but the core competencies of running deals / transactions at a VP level are paramount. Expereince within the mid-market versus bulge bracket banking is likely to be viewed as an asset. You will therefore have a strong academic track record, 6-9 years within a leading investment bank, advisory boutqiue or leading accoutancy practice and extensive deal list. European languages would be beneficial.
