For this reputable investment bank we are looking for a senior Credit Risk Project Manager to join the Risk division that is responsible throughout the Group for management and control of all credit, market and operational risks, and the function of the Risk division consist in managing, reinforcing and protecting the Bank’s capital, integrity and reputation by making a solid structure and supportive infrastructure available.

Overview:

Credit Risk Management (CRM) is one of the risk type functions, alongside Market and Operational Risk, within the Risk Division and is responsible to set risk type methodologies, principles, policies and models in order to manage risk type-specific control framework.

The CRM Change function within CRM is responsible for driving and facilitating strategic transformation and process re-engineering programmes of work in relation to the functional capability required within CRM to manage the E2E credit life cycle. Some of the key programmes of work are “Strategic Data Management”, “E2E Workflow”, “Portfolio Analysis, Reporting & Monitoring”, “Rating Models & Workout” and “Counterparty Credit Risk”. The delivery of change requires close collaboration with key functions outside of Credit, namely Front Office, Chief Information Office, Finance, Operations and Risk IT.

Skills & Qualifications:

Our target candidate should be able to demonstrate these specific skills and background:

  • Preferably 5 years’ direct work experience in the financial industry, with experience relevant to credit risk functions
  • Experience in project / change management environment, including ability to facilitate meetings / workshops
