Creditor & Mortgage Products Underwriter
Assess and underwrite renewal and new business in a timely and efficient manner in line with the business plan and personal authority limits
Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and clients
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
Analyse terms, specification and rating on prospective and existing business
Compile underwriting reports as appropriate
Maintain good relationships with external and internal parties as appropriate
Compile statistics and analyse performance of all risks and accounts
Review and finalise contract wordings and customer documentation.
Provide monthly reporting on performance of accounts
