NEX i s part of CME Group. This role sits within the NEX Client Onboarding team who are responsible for the population and
maintenance of the company's Global Client Common Data Repository together with maintaining
static/reference data for additional systems. The team works very closely with the other areas of the
client Onboarding team and various teams responsible for maintaining static data in NEX's operational
systems.

The successful applicant will be involved in the collation, validation and entry of reference data. The
role will involve working within a team under the supervision of the Head of Client Onboarding and will
involve liaising with other departments within the organisation.
This individual will be responsible for monitoring the team's Client Data mailbox and dealing with
enquiries from other departments; another key responsibility will be to review the daily exception
reports and update the IGO Client Data repository accordingly. The successful applicant will need to
demonstrate a focus on attention to detail coupled with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Maintain static client reference data within the NEX Client Onboarding and Reference Data
system "IGO".
• Process data maintenance requests from other departments/teams promptly and effectively.
• Assist in the day to day administration of the Client Onboarding and Client Reference Data
system, ensuring data quality and rules are maintained to high standards and in accordance
with the firms legal and regulatory obligations.
• Liaise with the Client Reference Data system developers to resolve any development and
quality assurance / testing related issues.
• Monitor the team's mailbox and respond to all client data related queries in a timely fashion.
• Liaise with other departments to resolve data issues.
• Assist with the compilation of key performance indicator reports and management
information for client data and client onboarding workstreams periodically and on an ad-hoc
basis when required.
• Escalate issues to Line Manage as required.
• To fulfil additional / ad hoc duties as required in order to meet the needs of the business.
