In DWP our Data Engineers work withing multi-disciplinary teams. You'll collaborate with devs, engineers, researchers, designers and more to develop and deliver proactive, innovative and insightful data products and services, using agile philosophies and cloud technologies.
You'll make sure the products and systems we build are fit for purpose and play an active role in code development activities for delivery of data products.
DWP wants to be a data-led organisation. The work you do, and the services you help build and modernise, will change how DWP works and tangibly improve the outcomes for millions of citizens across the country.
You'll also be an active member of the wider DWP Data practice. You'll help us grow, finding improvements and sharing your knowledge and experience with the rest of the team.
We need you to be at the top of your game and are committed to helping you develop your skills with leading and emerging technologies, on the job and through training. You'll work towards certifications, access self-development platforms and get coaching/mentoring from an expert community of data professionals.

You'll join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs, in your choice of Blackpool, Leeds, London, Newcastle or Sheffield.
