Data Operations Analyst - Global COO - London - 12 month FTC

The Role

The role will cover across the data team but be focussed on our Sales MI initiative which, in conjunction with a third party vendor, delivers dis-aggregated trade flow data to internal teams.


  • Design, implement and execute data management operational activities to a high standard
  • Ensure operational processes adhere to Data Governance requirements across AI
  • Manage exception handling, with an ambition to reduce & eliminate data errors
  • Continuous evaluation of systems and process effectiveness
  • Provide insight support in everyday data processes
  • Develop a global 'Centre of Expertise' for all core data and act as a central knowledge point for business data needs
  • Project deliverables as required


  • Business, Economics, Investment, Mathematics, or Technology education useful but not essential
  • Knowledge of Transfer Agents and their role in the investment process
  • Passionate about data, attention to detail and quality in every aspect of work
  • Experience in process mapping and engineering
  • Working knowledge of the Asset Management industry preferred but not essential
  • A relentless hunger to learn more about the Asset Management industry; Quality assurance standards, Technology and how it impacts and changes the world;
  • Able to easily connect with people and build extensive professional relationships across all business areas
  • Expert excel skills
