This is a senior C++ developer role for the Equities Trading Systems - Delta 1 team based in London.
The team is responsible for delivering electronic trading solutions for the EMEA Delta 1 desk in activities covering pricing, ETF market making, hedging and trading strategies.
The role is an opportunity to work closely with the Delta 1 quants and traders and to meaningfully contribute to Global D1 solutions coordinating with the teams in London, NY and Asia.

It is critical that the candidate has in-depth understanding of real-time exchange trading systems and hands-on development experience with C++ in at least one of the following domains:
- Systematic Trading / Market Making Systems
- Crossing / Matching Engine Technology
- Market Data / Exchange Connectivity
- Develop, test, design, manage and support low-latency trading systems.
- Establish close relationships with business users.
- Maintain a focus on high quality.
- Be willing and able to adapt to changes in priorities and requirements.

- Proven experience developing latency sensitive software.
- Proficient in C++ and development in Linux environment.
- Results-oriented individual with excellent problem solving and analytical skills in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of trading application architecture and design.
- Knowledge of Equity products (Stock, ETF & Futures).
