• Alongside multiple stakeholders create and implement a content marketing and marketing automation programme for both the Institutional and Wholesale functions.
• Improve customer engagement and create a sales journey to increase lead generation.
• Create a new contact database using Salesforce and create an automated lead monitoring function.
• Analyse and feedback engagement statistics to internal stakeholders to ensure engagement is meeting strategic objectives.
• Alongside the digital marketing team ensure all activity is helping contribute to commercial growth.
• Enhance experiences through targeted communications.
• Develop a long term strategy to improve customer experience and increase lead generation.
• Improve processes when necessary.
• An understanding of the investment management industry.
• Knowledge of the institutional and wholesale channels.
• Digital and marketing experience ideally within financial services is preferred.
• Experience in lead generation, content marketing and marketing automation.
• Experience in business to business marketing.
