An excellent opportunity to join a growing Asset Management house based in the West end. This role requires a French speaker and will involve travel to offices across Europe.
Key Job Responsibilities:
I - Digital Marketing
- Write in French and English social post and search ads to promote our content, business priorities and brand.
- Contribute and support BtoB and BtoC traffic acquisition and engagement strategies
- Be the subject matter expert on social medias and search engines and provide recommendations
- Track and monitor content diffusion and create actionable, operational reports that lead to optimization and efficiency in performance
- Offer expert input on campaign tactics, including social and search requirements for success on campaign goals
- Contribute to market insights, digital listening, as well as digital and e-reputation governance
II - Social Media
- Define and design a clear editorial content plan according to personas and performance goals
- Manage social contents delivery in collaboration with Marketing and Communication teams
- Propose compelling and original content to drive engagement and on-site conversion.
- Drive employee advocacy, share best practices and propose training to key internal stakeholders
III - Search Engine Marketing
- Day-to-day management of the agency and ensure alignment with strategic marketing plan
- Optimize paid campaigns in an effective manner to meet performance goals, including SEO/SEA Synergies
- Optimize text ads and keywords and propose original content to drive engagement and on-site conversion.
- Identify and implement innovation and enhancements to drive performance on search engines
- 3-5 years of experience in a media agency (curating for clients in the finance sector) or in the financial industry (within digital/marketing departments)
- Strong skills in social medias & search engines
- Excellent written communication in English and French
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong interest in driving performance while ensuring premium client experience
- Multitasker by nature with strong organisation skills to manage different deadlines whilst keeping high level of quality and consistency.
- Collaborative mindset: ability to work cross-functionally and overseeing agencies.
- Knowledge of Google Suite (AdWords, Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console)
