Department Overview

As part of one of the core central marketing functions, the Web team supports requests for online projects, convert company objectives into online strategies and maintain existing platforms across each of the Fitch Group businesses.

Role Overview

The role of the Digital Marketing Specialist for Fitch Group will be to develop and implement testing strategies to meet key website objectives, improve adoption of website personalisation, and support both the content editors and development functions within the Fitch Group web team including updating web content.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Create and edit web pages using our CMS platforms (Drupal and Contentful)
  • Support the web team on ad hoc page update tasks
  • Develop CRO strategies, building a roadmap for all A/B and MVT testing
  • Understand the customer journey for each business group, providing insight to drop off points
  • Use data and analytics to prioritise future and testing strategies to help our stakeholders achieve their goals
  • Make recommendations to the web team and wider marketing group on areas to develop or expand on to increase conversions
  • Create edits and amends to front end tests using our A/B testing platform
  • Work with our MarTech vendors on where and how to be use these tools across our web assets
  • Participate in project briefings, liaise as appropriate if more clarification is required to deliver work

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience of using various CMS platforms (Drupal and/or Contentful)
  • Experience with A/B and MVT testing for optimising online conversions
  • Strong analytical skills - with experience of using web data tools (CrazyEgg, Google Analytics)
  • Experience of using web personalisation tools
  • Knowledge of tools including Google Tag Manager and A/B platforms
  • Knowledge of CRO processes and methodologies
  • Ability to manage internal stakeholders
