My client is a leading global bank; covering all areas of banking including; Retail, Wealth & Asset management, Commercial and Investment Banking. Working within the bank’s Digital Function and reporting directly into the Head of Digital Risk, the successful candidate will work with multiple Digital delivery teams, playing a key role in coordinating and facilitating the engagement in Digital projects from all Risk functions, ensuring that digital risk is properly recognised, assessed and mitigated.

Digital Product Risk Manager –  100k + package

My client is a leading global bank; covering all areas of banking including; Retail, Wealth & Asset management, Commercial and Investment Banking. With a presence in more than 80 countries across the globe and over 200,000 employees, they sit very near the top in terms of reputation and size.

Working within the bank’s Digital Function and reporting directly into the Head of Digital Risk,

the successful candidate will work with multiple Digital delivery teams, playing a key role in coordinating and facilitating the engagement in Digital projects from all Risk functions, ensuring that digital risk is properly recognised, assessed and mitigated, and risk management strategies, tools, policies and standards are in place.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the Digital delivery teams as the Risk Lead, to develop, maintain and enhance risk and compliance controls that support Digital business objectives and risk appetite.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts in each of the Risk sub-functions, drawing on and facilitating specialised advice where required for each Digital project
  • Maintain and/or develop a subject matter expertise in the area of digital innovation and subsequent emerging risks (inc. internet banking, mobile banking), contributing to knowledge share among the cross-functional Digital Risk Group

  • Experience in a Digital Business function of a large corporate business
  • Operational risk understanding and experience
  • A strong business analysis skill set and proven ability to deliver in a complex organisation
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills – must have faced of to C-suite level stakeholders
  • A passion and keen interest in digital products
  • Financial services experience (ideally retail banking)
