KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The objective of the role will be to manage the successful delivery of work streams within a wider programme (renewal of the websites technology, further develop client experience according to profiles, back-office improvement). Work as a member of a team and collaborating effectively with other disciplines and external providers. Take ownership of several work streams whilst supporting the wider team with managing incident requests.

Website Management

  • Able to combine design alongside practical web development abilities to bring to life our brand, product information and collateral, and other website content
  • Liaising with Marketing colleagues and other business functions to¬†ensure that website functionality is being optimally utilised to provide the best user experience possible and brand integrity is maintained
  • Able to understand the websites audiences and cater to them accordingly
  • Need to be confident in overseeing and coordinating all elements of the website, including SEO
  • Plan, develop and manage the website to ensure all KPIs are met
  • Budget management and forecasting
  • Develop and implement new and upgraded technology on the website and continuously look for new innovative working and technology
  • Manage, report, analyse incidents

PROFILE:

  • Good understanding of web-based marketing
  • Knowledge of Sonata is preferable
  • Experience within Asset Management is preferred although not essential
  • Strong project management skills
  • Good academics
  • Performance oriented, self-motivated individual with proactive problem solving and summarizing skills
  • Experience in team spirit, good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a multicultural environment and a matrix organization
  • Fluent English and French preferable
