Duties: The following are the primary roles the analyst will fulfil:
Undertake due diligence of real estate, renewables, loans and direct equity investments.
Undertake credit analysis of tenants, public bonds, private placements, key counterparties,
SMEs and housing associations amongst others.
Undertake due diligence of asset managers across a range of asset classes
Examine and integrate ESG facets into the above
Assist in ongoing monitoring, portfolio analysis, origination of suitable investments and
structuring of solutions
Research and disseminate new trends and ideas of relevance / interest to clients
Experience: Key skills we are looking for include:
A self-starter who can thrive in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment
An analytical and detail oriented mindset
Strong writing, spoken and communication skills
Proficiency in financial modelling, particularly within Excel
Willingness to try, fail and learn new things
Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
Experience and knowledge of direct real assets, credit analysis, counterparty risk assessmentband/or structuring is desirable
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits and discretionary bonus
