Wematch is looking for a dynamic, high-performing, and well-connected relationship manager to maintain and build Wematch’s customer base on its Equity Derivatives segment in London or in Paris. Thanks to your interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills, your input will be key in driving our platform to its highest potential.

Wematch optimizes matching of interests on Financing, Interest Rates, and Equity Derivatives products and delivers custom lifecycle management services with user experience and innovation at heart.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with sell-side customers (Sales and Traders) across all EQD activities (Exo, Vol, D1)
  • Introduce Wematch platform, features, and services adapted to customer types and needs
  • Monitor usage and reach out accordingly to provide support
  • Collect users requirements and product requests, and process them into a prioritized backlog
  • Liaise both with internal teams and customers to discuss a range of solutions suitable for both 
  • Propose innovative solutions to the most frequently encountered issues
  • Run usability tests and surveys among superusers and partners
  • Oversee customer relationship management system

 

Qualifications

  • Past experience in the Equity Derivatives as a sales or a broker or a similar role is a must.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic and motivated about joining a young but fastly growing Fintech 
  • Strong independence and ability to think out of the box
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to introduce our concept and vision to end-users
  • Technical understanding of financial products
  • Ability to work closely with development teams in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
