  • This role will manage the PMO for the ESG Programme. The ESG programme is a significant priority for M&G, which will involve working with stakeholders across with all business areas and functions. The role reports into the Programme Director. The role has a PMO Analyst reporting into them.

    You will be responsible for developing and maintaining plans, managing dependencies, tracking costs, supporting governance activities and resource induction processes. All these processes need to be underpinned by appropriate controls. This role will interact across all areas of the ESG Programme, and will also face off to Programme stakeholders to ensure that the key reporting and governance deadlines are met to required quality standards

    • Developing and tracking project plans, in particular managing cross functional dependencies
    • Delivering project status reporting for team leadership, Programme Steering, ExCo, Board and external stakeholders
    • Assessing and improving the health of projects
    • Oversee and monitor/report on budget lifecycle, working closely with Finance
    • Ensuring accurate data is available for reporting cycles including financials, resourcing, plan progress and RAID content
    • Oversee the implementation of the appropriate project control processes and check that they are operating accurately and effectively
    • As part of the programme team you will be expected to work closely with team members, and support the team and/or project leadership in daily activities.
    • Assuring change delivery documentation, spotting key issues and trends and communicating these clearly to stakeholders
