Eastdil Secured (wholly owned subsidiary of Wells Fargo) are looking for an outstanding Associate (3+ year experience) to join our Debt team in London. You will be highly capable in analytics, writing and marketing. With guidance, can efficiently manage the analytics and marketing group personnel. You will interact on the marketing side with clients with close MD and VP supervision, developing strong skills for use in pitches and Offering Memorandums.

With guidance, can efficiently manage the analytics and marketing group personnel. You will interact on the marketing side with clients with close MD and VP supervision, developing strong skills for use in pitches and Offering Memorandums. 

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with senior team members and mentoring and training Analysts.
  • Acting as project manager helping to ensure that all responsibilities and deadlines are met.
  • Financial underwriting, due diligence review and transaction execution.
  • Performing comprehensive and in-depth company, real estate, and market analysis.
  • Liaising internally with global offices to share information and assist with other mandates across the firm.
  • Creating presentations (pitches and OMs), proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Other general tasks as directed by team members.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Coursework in financial accounting and corporate finance and significant previous work experience in corporate finance and real estate across various asset classes.
  • Dedication to building a career in the financial services industry with a focus on real estate finance.
  • Proven ability to take on significant responsibility through client interaction and excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to display advanced analytic and financial modeling ability in Microsoft Excel.
  • Intermediate understanding of the real estate capital markets and UK / European investor universe.
  • Appreciation for nuances of lease structures across different sectors and across European jurisdictions.
  • Willingness to work long hours in a demanding, highly focused, collaborative, and team environment.
  • Energetic self-starter who is flexible, organized, conscientious, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • An individual who demonstrates a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results.
