A leading Institutional Broking firm and Investment Bank that is actively growing is looking to bring on 1-2 traders to join its team in London. The trader will report directly to the Head of Trading and be responsible for trading and execution of equity businesses across sectors.

Responsibilities: 
- Execute client orders for all stocks in predefined sectors to ensure efficient and timely execution of businesses
- Provide liquidity in accordance with market convention and conditions
- Manage risk positions for the firm as appropriate 
- Monitor trading risk limits for stocks and sectors
- Develop RSP trading strategies for clients and the firm
 

Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in trading, especially using the RSP
- Strong communication skills 
- Full grasp of market valuation methodologies
