What you will be doing:

You will play a key role in generating and closing new business opportunities for SS&C. In this position, you’ll manage the sales life cycle from initial inquiry to qualification and closure. You will be a part of an international and fast-growing sales and marketing team based across the globe. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, enthusiastic to learn, and ambitious to earn.

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Focusing on our target market in the life and pensions sector
  • Selling solutions across the SS&C portfolio including
    • Business process outsourcing
    • Our core life and pensions platform
    • Digital Operations encompassing our world class AWD technology and our new digital platform
    • Investment operations outsourcing
  • Developing  and maintain excellent customer relationships with decision makers and influencers within your new business customers
  • Attend events to broaden your network
  • Target existing SS&C clients across Europe
  • Maintain and enhance product and solution knowledge through regularly scheduled training sessions
  • Work with the marketing team on the creation and evolving of campaigns and messaging
  • Provide regular feedback into the marketing process
  • Collaborate with the wider Sales and proposition team

Who you are:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • 5-10 years previous sales experience in the European Life and Pensions industry
  • Used to complex deals, consultative selling and long deal cycles
  • Located in Europe
  • Fluent in Dutch or German
  • Previous working experience in technology and/or  BPO services an advantage
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive can-do attitude to achieve
