To work within the events team based within the marketing department. Delivering proprietary and third party events and activating sponsorships that strengthen the companies brand, build relationships, engage internal and external attendees and grow business.

  • Effectively collaborate with marketing, European sales, and investment team members to successfully execute institutional and wealth proprietary and third party events, including supplier management, venue sourcing, speaker liaison and attendee management
  • Work closely with in-house concierge, catering and AV teams to deliver events within the London office
  • Attend events when necessary, to manage logistics and host attendees
  • Build event registration forms/microsites and coordinate invitation lists
  • Manage branded merchandise for Europe
  • Support the head of events on global event projects and sponsorship activation as required
  • Collaborate with central marketing team on design, content, digital marketing, social media and PR
  • Work with legal to review supplier contracts
  • Work closely with the Compliance organisation to ensure that marketing and event materials incorporate appropriate disclosures and adhere to firm and industry guidelines
  • Develop an understanding of the firm’s investment capabilities and products
  • Assist with marketing analysis reporting
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as needed under tight time constraints
  • EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Experience in financial services events or marketing
  • Experienced using CVENT or similar
  • Digital marketing experience is preffered
