Specific requirements for this role

This is a busy (permanent) EA role where a robust set of organisational skills will be utilised daily and where the EA will interact across all levels and will need to offer strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.

While the EA role is predominantly supporting the Partner Group, there will be lighter support to the directors within the service lines. This role will be a pivotal part of the corporate centre, which consists of HR, Finance, Workforce and Client Services.

Skillset

· Graduate qualification 

· Experience within a leading consultancy firm or financial institution

· Track record of successfully delivering EA support to large teams in high pressured environments 

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Strong proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

 Responsibilities

· Complex diary and client meeting management

· Organising international and domestic travel

· Gatekeeping and managing incoming calls

· Processing expenses

· Preparing meeting materials

· Updating of information on Excel and other internal databases

· Corporate event support

· Light office management duties including or desktops, laptops, office supplies, mobile phones, meeting rooms

Person Specification

· Articulate, professional, good attention to detail, ambitious, proactive, can do attitude, positive

· Brand Ambassador; confident in personal presentation and articulation of the firm’s capabilities

·Analytical and methodical in approach

· Shows a developing awareness of the macro-economic climate
