We seek an EA to provide executive assistance in all respects of the Director’s office to ensure the efficient running of their office and of the Board of Directors as a whole. To liaise with internal and external stakeholders in order to carry out day-to-day scheduling, travel coordination, effective contact management and client event management.

Founded in 1997 by CEO David Harding, the firm manages approximately $20 billion of assets for many of the world’s largest pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, banks and fund platforms.

We seek an EA to provide executive assistance in all respects of the Director’s office to ensure the efficient running of their office and of the Board of Directors as a whole. To liaise with internal and external stakeholders in order to carry out day-to-day scheduling, travel coordination, effective contact management and client event management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of the Director’s office relating to diary management, travel and expenses
  • Contribute to the Director’s preparation for senior meetings, including those of the board of directors, internal committees and with external stakeholders
  • Conserving the Director’s time by reading, researching and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents
  • Maintain smooth and efficient working relationships with other assistants, internal departments and coordinate closely with household staff
  • Filtering and prioritising incoming mail and telephone calls
  • Maintain accurate and detailed contact relationship information.
  • Assist the Director in preparing presentations and other communications
  • Prepare papers and take minutes as required
  • General administrative duties
  • Meet, greet and host visitors
  • Provision of occasional cover for Front of House
  • These and any other responsibilities that may be reasonably requested
