My client, a leading and global financial services company are seeking an Executive/Administrative Assistant to support their business.
- Performing administrative support tasks.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Successfully carry out complex database and email system tasks and provide instruction to others on how to do so
- Efficiently access a wide variety of internet resources and is confident in operating advanced features of phone/voicemail and office equipment.
- Able to manage multiple filing systems, as well as hard copy or electronic calendars
- Comfortably schedule meetings between team members and clients.
- Initiate the set up of outside events which involve client participation
- Coordinate travel arrangements over the phone or electronically for multiple individuals
- Experience in preparing multiple Time & Expense reports
- Able to interact comfortably with all levels
- Banking/Financial Services Experience highly advantageous
