In this capacity you will work on Technolgy, Media (in particular the crossover between media and digital) anbd Telecoms in the UK, across EMEA and also Asia and North America.
Key tasks
- Execution of on-going deals within the group, e.g. M&A transactions, Financing, Capital Markets etc
- Supporting senior bankers delivering strategic advice to clients
– Strategic idea generation
– Preparation of pitch book and discussion materials
– Data analysis
– Modelling (operating models, capital models, merger models, LBO, etc.)
Requirements:
- A proven background in Investment banking along with relevant transactional experience - TMT experience is advantageous but is not a requirement
- Excellent financial modelling experience (operating models, merger models, LBO, etc )
- Experience in buy-side and sell-side M&A
- Project management
- Strong communications skills: ability to interact confidently with banking professionals and clients
- Outstanding analytical skills
