Senior Platform Services Analyst - SQL FIX LINUX - £90,000
Senior Platform Implementation Support Analyst is required to join a Product Support team that cover EMEA for a London based Inter Dealer broker.
The role is to assist and support the on-boarding of clients onto a bespoke trading platform and other associated systems. This is a technical hands on role that requires candidates to have at least 3 years experience in a similar support function within a Financial Services company. Linux and SQL experience are a must have, along with automation and Scripting (Bash, Python) experience.
Ideally you should have some understanding of FIX protocols and have implemented FIX or any other proprietary integration software.
Successful candidates need to be communicative and have a "can do" customer service approach.
Working a shift rota with the team covering 7am-6pm. Hybrid working model, 3 days in the office, 2 from home.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 3yrs + hands on support within any financial institution in a Unix/Linux environment
- Ability to query databases effectively (MSSQL, Oracle, Sybase)
- FIX protocol working knowledge
