The M-Wek Company are recruiting for a FX Client Support Analyst on behalf a top tier FinTech firm in London.

They're looking from someone who'll be passionate about providing FX market, operational & technical support to their global customer base. You'll be client focused, have great communication skills, strong technical aptitude, and a desire to learn.

Typical queries will be around platform support, credit related issues, hardware & software issues, training on platform functionality, resetting passwords or looking into faulty equipment.

Key Tasks;
"    Providing customer support via phone an email
"    Providing technical support and market support
"    Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
"    Managing customer satisfaction, logging and documenting enquiries and escalating high priority issues

Please note that the due to the nature of your customer base, you must be happy to work weekend or night shifts when needed.

This opportunity would suit somebody who has a real desire to enter and learn about the Financial Services and FX industry, passionate about technology, client facing experience and an understanding of the service industry mechanics.
