My client is a start-up FinTech business using Blockchain technology to automate post-trade processing in the FX space. They have an excellent reputation and strong backing from some of the biggest players in this space. They are now seeking to build out their Support desk with a number of hires to ensure the smooth day-to-day delivery of the service. These roles offer a fantastic opportunity to join a business at a crucial stage in its development and really make an impact, right from the start.

The Support Desk offers first and second line support to clients in regards to all issues around the business' product suite. 

The successful candidates for this role will be switched-on, inquisitive, and able to leverage their technical skills with client-facing ability to maintain a high standard of functional and experiential client service. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • First point of contact via phone, email, or self-service help service desk
  • Incident, problem and release management
  • Escalation and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring that SLA's are met 
  • Troubleshooting FIX messaging 

This role is ideally suited to candidates with 2-4 years of experience within an Onboarding / App Support / Support Desk role who are looking for the opportunity to really make an impact within a business and be part of one of the most exciting developments in the FX space in recent years. 

As a start-up environment, you will have exposure to business leaders from day one, and there is enormous potential for this role to grow over time.
