A blue chip technology business are looking to bring on board a Finance Director with a strong track record in operational change management. The role will involve extensive business partnering with key members of the Leadership Team to provide financial information to support and drive informed business decision making.
The Finance Director will need to get under the skin of the organisation in terms of strategy to identify risks and opportunities specifically from a technology perspective. There is an element of overseeing financial/management reporting to present to senior executives however the bulk of the work is project based and commercially focused.
The Finance Director will have at least 5 years PQE with an ACA qualification. ACCA/CIMA candidates would also be considered. Key requirements include a prior track record of managing large teams, a customer focused mindset, proficiency in working effectively in a global organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands for resources.
