A rapidly growing international digital media business is looking for a Finance Manager. This requirement has arisen due to an internal promotion and as part of a plan to build out their finance function across the international business in line with company growth. The business experienced considerable growth over the last 3-5 years so the Finance Manager will play a key role in delivering high quality reporting, analysis and implementing new processes to aid that continued growth.
The Finance Manager will lead all reporting of the P&L's across the APAC region, working across multiple functions and regions in order to pull together the data and finalise the numbers. Therefore, not only will this individual need first rate analysis, reporting and technical skills but also they will need strong communication skills to deal with a wide range of stake holders across APAC.
This individual will own the monthly financial close process, year end stats and audit, review and sign off of the balance sheet, detailed analysis of the P&Ls as well as continuously driving improvements in processes and systems.
This is a high profile role working across an international remit with superb senior level exposure. Therefore it is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to rapidly progress their career.
The ideal profile would be a qualified accountant (ACA) with 1-3 years post qualified experience. This could equally be a great first move into industry for a Big Four/Top 6 Audit Manager (ACA qualified) or someone who has already gained 1-2 years experience in industry after qualifying.
