Purpose of Role:
The role exists to support SSGA EMEA business management with the provision of regular financial reports for its 8 sales branches, forward looking financial projections and multi-year plans, and financial analysis to support business transformation exercises
Preparing monthly Management Information packs for the 8 Business Unit Country Heads in EMEA.
Preparing monthly EMEA consolidated Management Information packs focussing on profitability, net new business and sales pipeline.
Responsibility for the monthly Net New Business process, liaising with client services teams across the region as well as colleagues in Boston to ensure that accurate numbers are reported
Working with local accounting teams to ensure that accurate expense reporting is made available for our monthly branch packs
Profitability modelling and break-even analysis for new fund launches
Liaising with business to compile monthly revenue and expense forecasts for the region.
Annual budgeting and multi-year planning

Provide appropriate management information as required to support business unit decision making
Support the ‘Risk Excellence’ culture within the business

University Degree +2:1
Skills and Experience :
Interpersonal, numerical, problem solving, analytical, IT – Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, Investment Management industry knowledge
