An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a team of six in a dynamic and fast moving prop trading house based in the City. The role has a broad remit and will provide excellent finance exposure.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and ensure appropriate accounting practices are adopted
- Prepare annual financial statements under FRS102, USGAAP and Singapore FRS, ensuring technical accuracy
- Liaising with Auditors in the UK, Singapore, Amsterdam and Hong Kong during the annual audit
- Preparation of consolidation entries and maintaining the consolidation account
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare detailed monthly reconciliations and analytical review
- Preparation of Management Information
- Involvement in projects together with other key stakeholders across the global business
Requirements
- A qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA,
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong work ethic
- Strong Excel skills
