Our client, a leading global Investment Manager are embarking on a major change in Technology Strategy, and are looking to hire a number of diversely skilled Front Office Developers with Full-Stack Development experience into their City of London-based business to work across a number of internal teams and help facilitate the change.
Your responsibilities in this role will be:
- Coordinating with internal teams including Business and Technology leads to understand requirements and incorporate into the Technology roadmap
- The technical delivery of in-house solutions and systems within the Front Office
- Working in an agile way with the wider technology team to actively contribute to ongoing development of investment products
- Participate in knowledge share and internal discussions around strategic Technology direction
In order to be a successful applicant to this role, you will need:
- BSc / MSc in a relevant STEM subject
- Extensive experience working in a commercial environment with a variety of Object Orientated programming and scripting languages (Java / C# / Python / R / Shiny)
- Strong commercial experience working with NoSQL Databases
- (preferably) commercial experience working in a DevOps capacity with hands on experience working with cloud technologies (AWS /MS Azure)
- Experience working in Agile
