Our client is a hugely successful Private Equity business. The Finance function requires a new addition to their team to perform a variety of fund reporting tasks. You will be a fully qualified accountant, with fund -side exposure from Practice, Fund Administration or from the Investment Management sector.

The Role:

  • Oversight of the funds' accounting, consolidation and GAAP reporting
  • This will involve overseeing the reporting from external administrators
  • Respond to investor queries and investor relations requirements
  • Review and preparation of all investor financial and ad hoc reporting
  • Manage fund cash and treasury positions
  • Understand the complexity of the fund structures in order to ensure the fund flows reflect the tax planning
  • Assist with company secretarial matters
  • Review Fund expenses, drawdowns and distributions
  • Support the implementation of new in-house systems and procedures
  • This is just a segement of responsibilities, a full job spec can be provided upon application


  • You must be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • You must have Private Equity fund-side reporting/audit experience
  • This experience will have been gained from either Accountancy Practice, 3rd Party Fund Administration or from another investment management business
