A technology focused private equity fund in London is looking to make the addition of a Fund Administrator to their growing fund operations team. You’ll be supporting the investment team, investor relations and working directly with the Director of Operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous administrative, secretarial, and legal experience to grow with the fund

An opportunity for a Fund Administrator to join a growing tech focused private equity fund in London has arisen. This is a great chance to join a rapidly growing firm and high calibre team, in what is a broad and unique role. It consists of three main aspects: Fund Administration, Investment Support and Compliance. You’ll take ownership and run the existing fully raised fund with the idea of taking responsibility for the future funds raised. As such, you’ll require previous illiquid fund experience, whilst also being a self-starter who’s ready to hit the ground running.


  • Contribute to the day-to-day administration of UK and Lux based companies
  • Support the investment team at the various stages of the investment process, and administrative follow-up of transactions
  • Assist investor relations with capital calls, reporting, ad-hoc requests, etc.
  • Liaise with the bank, lawyers, notary, auditor and accountants in relation to the day-to-day business of the various entities
  • Work with the Director of Fund Operations to ensure full compliance with statutory requirements and external regulation as applicable
  • Undertake company secretarial tasks, e.g. preparation of AGMs, EGMs, board meetings and internal meetings for all entities as applicable


  • Legal, admin-related, compliance or company secretarial experience preferred
  • Previous illiquid fund experience
  • Former exposure to private equity or funds is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, flexibility and ability to multi-task
  • Educated to degree level
