About The Team

The European Fund Services Team has responsibility across all product and vehicle types for the following:

• Client account maintenance and inquiry resolution
• Investor cash flow coordination and record keeping
• Oversight and reporting of internal client data metrics
• External client reporting
• Service provider oversight and engagement

The team has extensive exposure across the firm, working closely with stakeholders within the Business Development, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Corporate Finance teams. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of daily data related to the core functions noted above that is utilized both internally and externally by senior management throughout the organization.

As the firm continues to expand our international footprint, they are focused on strengthening the Fund Services Team with an experienced associate who can provide assistance to the existing staff, as well as the firm as a whole.


The Role will include:

• Management and coordination of document completion with investors, managing cash flow transactions and facilitating cash movements
• Liaise with the fund’s Administrators to assist in responding to client inquiries and other general fund related questions
• Manage reporting distribution for fund clients
• Interact regularly with the Firm’s technology teams to enhance systems and improve processes surrounding cash flow and client account management
• Create operational efficiencies by helping to automate manual processes
• Perform ad-hoc reporting that supports multiple areas of the firm including, Legal, Compliance, Business Development and Senior Management
• Provide operational support to the Business Development team and external clients including their administrators, custodians, consultants and auditors


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of a 2:1 from a top tier university
  • 1 – 3 years of European-based financial services experience
  • Project Management experience a preference
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Well-organized with the ability to multi-task and work within tight timeframes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Commitment to intellectual integrity with high degree of ethics
  • Well- organized, detail- oriented and strong communication skills; able to multi-task and keep track of various deadlines.
