GTI EMEA Product Delivery Lead - ED
The GTI EMEA Product Delivery Lead is an ED level role and represents a key function within the GTI EMEA management agenda. The role is based in London and reports to the GTI EMEA Production Services Lead.
This role is intended to provide function that delivers across a number of areas, including:
• Determining solutions to distinct cross-divisional problems, leading product deliveries by partnering with other teams in GTI and key stakeholders in business technology areas
• Provide oversight to Regional Technical Leads with Inter-affiliate Services (IAS) review and re-certifications, working with all relevant stakeholders
• Working with our GTI Product Owners and other functional leads to implement effective infrastructure standardisation across the region
• Ensure core and LOB multi-location product deployment takes place effectively
• Management standardisation of the investment planning and forecasting for GTI EMEA location activities
• Oversight and management of the GTI EMEA Book of Work
• Analysis and mobilisation of key product deliveries across GTI in EMEA
• Oversight for GTI EMEA on core product delivery activities (e.g. BYOD, VDI, Win10/O365 etc.)
• Collaboration on major GRE activities across EMEA
Qualifications • Strong technology experience, a significant amount of which has been at the senior staff level, working with multiple technologies and complex, large scale, cross-functional product / production / service delivery, preferably in the financial services industry
• Broad technical knowledge across all infrastructure services (Compute, Storage, Voice and Data Networks, End User Services)
• Experience in the product space, desktop-related environment- computers, VDI, Messaging (Outlook), end-user UC solutions (CISCO TP, Skype for Business)
• Familiar with configuring Android and IOS devices, BYOD strategy and BYOD platforms (Blackberry Mobile Suite)
• Experience with SCCM and understanding of SMS/SCCM package deployment - security updates, software distribution, Image builds
• Strong knowledge of Virtualization technologies (VMware/Microsoft/CITRIX)
• Proven development focus
• Ability to operate and execute in an agile approach
• Demonstrate experience in automation, machine learning, artificial intelligence and the value of reference data
