What you'll do

Core Focus:
• Participate to the definition of the marketing plan, media plan and event strategy
• Actively implement defined strategy and make sure deadlines are respected
• Develop and adapt appropriate marketing assets in collaboration with internal creative teams
• Benchmark and follow up competition
• Ensure a global coherence in all IG institutional brand deliveries

Marketing assets:
• Follow up campaign assets development
• Coordinate website and digital assets in collaboration with the localisation and compliance teams
• Follow up brochure printing and merchandising material development
• Keep all on-boarding forms and brochures up-to-date

Event coordination:
• Manage schedule and deadlines
• Coordinate suppliers and stakeholders (especially local sales and marketing teams)
• Follow up the operational aspects: merchandising, delivery, installation
• Implement perfect brand execution

Media & PR/earned media
• Implement media plan and provide publishers with needed material
• Establish PR key priorities and schedule in accordance with central PR team and senior management

• Follow up marketing spends
• Manage new vendor and invoice in collaboration with accounting and procurement teams

Travel: occasional travel to other offices or to support local events

Who you'll be

• Bachelor/Master degree in business or marketing
• 5 years marketing experience
• 3 years in working in the financial markets industry, and more specifically in the institutional segment (hedge funds, family offices)
• Good understanding of marketing principles and mechanism
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Organised, able to handle deadlines, multi-tasking, problem solving
• Delivering high quality execution standards
• Autonomous and proactive
• Team player and flexible
• Event management or project management experience
• International exposure
• Ability to work with remote teams and coordinate
