My client is a well-known global bank who are looking to grow out their internal consulting function with management consultants to work across multiple exciting projects including digital, payments, regulatory and on-boarding across their commercial bank. With this being a global role, there are opportunities to work across multiple exciting locations including Hong Kong, Dubai, Vancouver, New York and Singapore.

The Role:

  • This role is responsible for working across a portfolio of large-scale change and transformation projects within the commercial bank globally
  • You will be required to liaise with C-Suite level stakeholders to understand their vision for change and designing the change
  • Conducting analysis into the current state, developing and implementing Target Operating Models
  • Assessing additional ways to improve the area
  • Taking ownerships of projects

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must have experience working as a Management Consultant (3-5 years’ experience)
  • Some experience working on commercial banking projects. Candidates do not have to have extensive experience within commercial banking but must have some experience and a desire to work in this area
  • Must have experience designing Target Operating Models
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills are imperative as the successful candidate will be liaising with C-Suite level stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Additional languages are advantageous
  • Adaptability / able to work in an ambiguous environment – as there is a large portfolio of change, candidates may be working on digital and robotics projects to cost reduction
  • Must have the ability to build strong working relationships and manage multiple stakeholders across different geographies
