Job Description - Sales Executive

(Reports to: Head of UK Sales Desk)

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The primary function of the Sales Executive role exists to generate prospects and opportunities for Senior Sales People at Global Reach Partners. The main ways in which this will be achieved will be via suspect sourcing, data cleansing, cold calling, attending exhibitions and gaining referrals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development:

  • To establish, contact and build relationships with commercial business' so as to form a long-standing profitable business relationship
  • Selling foreign currency services and solutions via the telephone, with good use of the internet and local business library to supply further information and utilise marketing material to support the process

Data Cleansing:

  • To administer and maintain relevant and accurate information that reflects client conversations and relevant facts
  • To ensure this information is entered and accuratley enterted on to the company databases

Market Knowledge:

  • To aquire and maintain suitable market knowledge, in order to pass on and discuss with clients
  • To deliver talks to colleagues to stimulate debate on a regular basis

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To develop a good working relationship with all staff
  • To attend and support corporate functions
  • It is also the responsibility of the Sales Executive to identify any gaps in knowledge- to enable further inhouse training if required.
