You will be joining the leading sustainable finance house. Your role will be helping us win and execute green debt advisory mandates. There will also be opportunities to work on equity advisory, asset finance advisory and proprietary investments. Given the impact of COVID-19, we expect there to be significant requirement for restructuring services in the near future

About you:

  • You will have completed or are about to complete an analyst program at a leading bank or proprietary investor.
  • Alternatively you will have significant experience as an associate or VP in debt advisory
  • You will have an existing passion for sustainability and the green economy. This will be something that will formthe core of our interview process.
  • Our founder is ex-Morgan Stanley and has a global PE background so you will need to be of this calibre.

 

What will you be doing?

You will be helping launch a green debt advisory function, under the umbrella of a multi-award nominated green bank. 

You will have significant exposure working across our activities including

  • Originating and pitching for debt advisory mandates
  • Helping clients access our enture range of services, from proprietary lending and investment to equity and asset finance advisory. 
  • Expanding our capital markets function
  • Ongoing involvement in our portfolio companies and investments.

You will have direct engagement with decision makers. You will build trust in your judgement and ability and will be empowered as a result.

Your day to day will combine all the usual transactional workstreams with responsibility for creation of financial models and investment/credit committee presentations.

You will work closely with counterparties including founders, management teams, other banks and such like.

We have a very flat structure with an emphasis on giving and you will be expected to

  • support and train others in the skills you currently have (including financial modelling, presentation creation, transaction process management)
