Description

The role presents an outstanding opportunity to join the Group Strategy & Development team of a well-established PE-owned company at their headquarters in Geneva. This role will provide talented individuals from consulting backgrounds with the opportunity to transition into the world of operations and gain high-level exposure and involvement in the company’s strategic agenda. It is an opportunity to work with a high-performing Management Team in a global, growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Mapping out main competitors in the company’s geographies
• Helping source specific M&A opportunities by liaising with various entities
• Structuring and managing M&A processes themselves
• Preparing presentations to relevant stakeholders, including CEO and Board
• Interacting for the above with internal Legal, Fiscal, Financial and Operational departments; as well as external resources
• Supporting the development of a structured and organized Industry Intelligence function
