As a part of the Financial Services industry team, with a background in retail or commercial banking, or insurance, you will help CEOs and other business leaders across the FS landscape to develop and implement strategies to create value and transform their organisations
You will lead in the development and execution of the latest strategic thinking and have a thirst for insight and problem solving, including corporate strategy, product and service innovation and customer experience strategy and design
You will join a people-oriented team of experienced co-workers who are ambitious, inquisitive, who help cross -sector business leaders create a lasting impact on their organisations.

What we're looking for
We are hiring consultants with solid relevant experience, who have been building a career in either a consulting role or in FS and related industries who are problem-solvers and most importantly inquisitive.
Our consultants are expected to be hands-on, working together with our clients to bring energy, direction and expertise to help them solve their most pressing strategic challenges. We pride ourselves in partnering alongside clients – the best way to deliver real and long-lasting value.
Successful candidates will be:
- Client-orientated, able to develop client relationships and understand their challenges – with the opportunity to present your recommendations to leaders, whilst also coaching and developing junior colleagues
- A leader with a proven track record of driving complex strategies and projects, in areas including financial services proposition development, market assessment and sustainability
- Insightful and creative, with integrity, drive and a genuine affinity for problem solving
- A strategic thinker, with an ability to work independently as the day-to-day client point of contact on assignments and adapt to changes in requirements
- Open-minded and committed to inclusion of others and diversity of thought and background
- Able to support sales activity within our capability and financial services
